In this post I will share the main places to visit on the island of Siargao itself. It is quite a big island, and there is a lot to experience, starting with restaurants, resorts, surf spots, beaches...

The Real Siargao

Siargao was my first Asian destination ever, and I had quite a cultural shock when we got there. Everything is different from what I'm used to, starting with how houses are built, life habits, transportation, laws, hobbies, and so on.

Island Hopping in Siargao

The main activity in Siargao (aside from surfing) is called island hopping. Indeed, the Philippines count more than 7,000 islands, and some of them are super tiny and uninhabited.

Mussels & Fries

I have been to Brussels on multiple occasions since my godmother lives in Belgium. It's not that far from Paris - 3.5 hour car ride or 1.5 hour train ride - so that makes a pretty good weekend getaway if you live in Paris.

Hvar Island
