How can I track my order?

Shortly after purchasing an item from the online shop, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.

At some point during the following days, you will also receive another email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to the carrier website so you can track your order in real-time.

When will my order be dispatched?

All prints are made to order and are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 days after purchase.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary based on the final destination of the shipment and where it gets shipped from. We partner with a vast network of international carriers and will always choose the most cost-effective delivery. These fees get calculated upon checkout after you have indicated your delivery address.

Why can’t I buy framed products if I live in Australia and what if I bought one buy mistake?

Unfortunately, due to Australia’s strict border control, it is very complicated to get wooden products into the country. It isn’t possible for us to limit who can and can’t buy a specific product, therefore even if you’re in Australia, if you try to buy a framed product your order will go through. A few moments later, you will be informed that we cannot fulfil it and our team will then proceed with a refund within the following 1-5 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note that depending on your delivery address, the shipment might be prepared in a different location. Our supplier has various production points around the world in order to minimise costs and environmental impact as well as shorten shipping times. Typically, these times vary between 2 to 5 business days after the order is dispatched. However, please note that sometimes there are delays of up to 25 business days. 

I’ve entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Please email us at hello@lustinherworld.com as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address.

If we are not at fault for the mis-shipment of your order, you will be required to pay further shipping fees.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

Returns will only be accepted if there is an obvious product default, and it must be declared within 24 hours after your order has been delivered, otherwise we unfortunately can't accept it. If you wish to get a refund, please email us at hello@lustinherworld.com and provide your order number as well as a photo of the defect.
Returns are not accepted if you have simply changed your mind and each request will be reviewed at the company’s discretion with no guarantee of refund.
